Future Beauty Brands has a very fast paced culture, with the senior management team coming from major CPG companies and having strong records of growing businesses.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB TITLE: National Account Manager Drug\/Sephora<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DEPT\/LOCATION: US Sales\/Hybrid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>REPORTS TO: Senior Sales Director &#8211; Beauty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Key Internal Relationships: Trade Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Marketing and Product Development<\/p>\n<p>Key External Relationships: Category Managers, DMM, buyer\/replenishment, marketing<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>National Account Manager for a number of strategic customers that develops, plans and executes both brand and customer goals in a jointly profitable outcome: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Owning and hitting\/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.<\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and internal relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and developing team to deliver on corporate strategic goals and develop talent within team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exceed sales budget targets <\/strong>by developing and executing a strategic customer plan that includes: expanding distribution, launching innovation, executing a measured promotional plan and pivoting when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grow P&amp;L contribution <\/strong>by growing top line sales, reducing operational costs and maximizing ROI on trade\/markdown spend.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Increase share of brands <\/strong>by expanding into new markets or customers, replacing competitive brands in existing retailers and creating a beauty statement within each category.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Create an award-winning team <\/strong>with direct oversight of brokers and working directly with retailers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintain accurate weekly S&amp;OP forecasts by customer or region <\/strong>by reporting on-time sku movement, layering in promotional influence and understanding customer current weeks of supply.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Develop, maintain and create customer or regional reporting for both internal and external use: <\/strong>examples are not limited to weekly POS, syndicated dates analytics, NPD performance tracking, holiday sell-through and Adhoc analysis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lead internal planning and execute plans <\/strong>by creating, evaluating and managing profitable\/strategic opportunity briefs and promotional plans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Predict the needs of the audience for sales\/customer meetings <\/strong>by understanding the customers needs and requirements, combining internal goals, setting cadence to productive meetings and following up with concise actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3-5 years sales experience of calling on national accounts<\/li>\n<li>Broker management experience required<\/li>\n<li>Track record of setting, measuring and achieving goals<\/li>\n<li>BA\/BS required<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and highly driven<\/li>\n<li>Strong Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THE COMPANY Future Beauty Brands is an entrepreneurial, privately held \/ private equity backed company that creates and distributes strong brands of makeup tools, body care accessories and skincare brands&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":327575,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"New York City Metropolitan Area","_application":"https:\/\/remoteOK.com\/remote-jobs\/remote-national-account-manager-future-beauty-brands-formerly-ppi-beauty-1134881","_company_name":"Future Beauty Brands (formerly PPI Beauty)","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[179],"job-types":[16],"job_listing_tag":[205,206,171,207],"class_list":["post-327574","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job_listing_category-customer-support","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_tag-client-service","job_listing_tag-customer-help","job_listing_tag-customer-service","job_listing_tag-support-specialist","job-type-full-time"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
