The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and branding, excels in Canva, copywriting, and social media management, and is confident in creating engaging visual content while maintaining brand consistency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>This is a creative-first role. We have an established brand and a growing need for consistent, high-quality content across social media channels and internal documents. We want someone who can take ownership of the creative output &#8211; not just execute briefs, but bring design instinct and a strong eye for branding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Media Management<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, create, and publish content for LinkedIn and Instagram, maintaining consistent brand tone and visual identity<\/li>\n<li> Manage social channels day-to-day &#8211; scheduling, publishing, community engagement<\/li>\n<li> Build and execute social media campaigns, including outbound and awareness activity<\/li>\n<li> Analyse campaign performance and report on what\u00e2\u0080\u0099s working &#8211; reach, engagement, follower growth<\/li>\n<li> Proactively suggest content ideas and improvements based on performance data\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Creative &amp; Design<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Produce all branded creative assets using Canva as the primary design tool<\/li>\n<li> Design and maintain brochureware, one-pagers, event assets and other external-facing collateral<\/li>\n<li> Build and update presentation decks in Google Slides or PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li> Support internal document design &#8211; templates, branded materials, and ad hoc requests<\/li>\n<li> Maintain visual consistency across all outputs in line with brand guidelines\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Copywriting<\/strong><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><strong>Why RecruitGo?<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Strong copywriting skills across captions, event copy, member features, and short-form content.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write in Cabal&#8217;s established brand voice and follow our internal style guide.<\/li>\n<li>Canva &#8211; proficiency is required, not just familiarity.<\/li>\n<li>Presentations &#8211; Google Slides or PowerPoint (or both) would be ideal.<\/li>\n<li>Analytics &#8211; Comfortable reading and reporting on social media performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>AI design tools (e.g., Claude) for creative support and ideation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with scheduling\/social management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Wix (or similar) for small website updates\/adding upcoming events.<\/li>\n<li>Video and moving graphic creation capability.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail, confident, curious, warm, and fun to work with. <\/li>\n<li>Prompt and responsive.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written English &amp; creativity for captions, copy, and document text.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RecruitGo seamlessly links world-class business partners with top-tier global talent in emerging markets.
