We&#8217;ve published 2,000+ apps and have hundreds of active customers today, including Estee Lauder, John Varvatos, Jack &amp; Jones, and Tadashi Shoji. Our team is 16 people, all remote and hands-on.<\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<p>Email and SMS still drive revenue for ecommerce brands, but deliverability, SMS compliance, and acquisition costs keep making retention harder. A mobile app gives their best customers another direct channel through push notifications, tied to the website they already operate. That is the sale.<\/p>\n<p>You own the close for ecommerce brands across North America, the UK, and Europe. Discovery, demo, proposal, pricing conversations, contracting, and getting the signature on the order form are all part of the job.<\/p>\n<p>Most buyers are founders, ecommerce leads, digital directors, and marketing leaders. This is an inbound-led closing role: meetings come mainly from inbound demand, SDR-sourced pipeline, older opportunities, and referrals. You turn the right opportunities into signed customers.<\/p>\n<p>This posting is for candidates based outside the United States. You can be anywhere if you can work with UK\/EU hours and have regular overlap with US East Coast business hours for demos and buyer conversations. You need to sound natural with North American and European buyers, understand how DTC ecommerce brands think, and learn the mobile app revenue case quickly.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Run discovery with inbound and SDR-sourced prospects<br \/>\u2022 Lead demos tied to the prospect&#8217;s site, traffic, retention stack, and commercial goals<br \/>\u2022 Build the proposal, pricing case, and ROI narrative<br \/>\u2022 Run pricing and commercial conversations<br \/>\u2022 Manage the contracting process through signature and handoff<br \/>\u2022 Follow up on stalled deals and re-engage older good-fit opportunities<br \/>\u2022 Keep the CRM current, with clear next steps, close dates, and deal notes<\/p>\n<p>Who You Are<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 You have closed B2B deals before and can talk clearly about deal size, sales cycle, buyer type, win rate, objections, and what you personally owned<br \/>\u2022 You have SaaS or software sales experience, ideally with products that require some technical understanding: websites, integrations, ecommerce platforms, apps, implementation, or developer-adjacent work<br \/>\u2022 You have native or near-native English. Written and spoken English both need to feel natural to US, Canadian, UK, and EU buyers<br \/>\u2022 You understand North American business culture, buying expectations, consumer brands, ecommerce, DTC, and how senior buyers like to communicate<br \/>\u2022 You can sell to founders, heads of digital, ecommerce leads, and marketing leaders without sounding scripted<br \/>\u2022 You are comfortable learning both the commercial and technical side of ecommerce: retention, repeat purchase, owned channels, paid acquisition pressure, websites, mobile apps, integrations, and why brands invest in apps<br \/>\u2022 You can work with UK\/EU hours and have regular overlap with US East Coast business hours for demos and buyer conversations<\/p>\n<p>Compensation<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Competitive base plus commissions tied to closed revenue<br \/>\u2022 Full-time independent contractor basis. You invoice monthly and handle your own tax obligations<br \/>\u2022 You may be based anywhere outside the United States.
