Your primary responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong><strong>Automated Warm Lead Engagement<\/strong><\/strong>: Utilize our automated system to engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in our international moving services.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong><strong>Consultative Selling<\/strong><\/strong>: Understand clients&#8217; relocation needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct consultations to assess requirements and offer comprehensive moving packages.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong><strong>Quoting and Pricing<\/strong><\/strong>: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on clients&#8217; specifications. Clearly communicate pricing structures and negotiate terms to secure business.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong><strong>Relationship Building<\/strong><\/strong>: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining regular communication throughout the moving process.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong><strong>Market Research<\/strong><\/strong>: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights to enhance service offerings.<\/p>\n<p>6. <strong><strong>Collaboration<\/strong><\/strong>: Work closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of moving services. Coordinate with other departments to meet client expectations.<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in sales. international moving experience is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Computer proficiency is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the international relocation industry, including customs regulations and documentation is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of relevant sales experience is <strong><strong>required<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>Training<\/strong><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><strong>How to Apply: <\/strong><\/strong>Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume along with a brief cover letter highlighting their relevant experience.
