This person runs our creator acquisition pipeline end-to-end \u2014 from sourcing leads to closing deals \u2014 and also manages and develops the team doing it. Every new Creator Manager (CM) coming into Playbook will report through this function until we scale further.<\/p>\n<p>If you love data, accountability, and driving a team to hit meaningful numbers, read on.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What You\u2019ll Own<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daily Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Track sourcing engine output: new leads added to the database daily<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Report on leads contacted, replied, on-call, and closed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain clean, organized database with proper tagging and labeling<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Day-to-Day Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Morning stand-up and team check-ins<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Call reviews \u2014 listen, coach, improve<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ongoing reporting on pipeline health and conversion rates<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Systems &amp; Tools<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Own the CRM \u2014 keep it clean and up to date<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage the databasing and lead tracking tool<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Oversee analytics, outreach scripts, pitch decks, and closing materials<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Handle contracts and closing process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training &amp; Enablement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Build and maintain sourcing SOPs \u2014 how we find, qualify, and approach creators<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own the Creator Manager onboarding and ramp-up process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own the implementation of the Creator Manager onboarding process of new creators<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Hire, manage, and replace as needed \u2014 you own performance on this team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor team capacity and flag when we need more resources<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Own the goal: drive X closes per period and hold the team accountable to it<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Who You Are<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>A proven sales operator \u2014 you\u2019ve run a pipeline, hit quotas, and managed a team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Data-driven and process-obsessed \u2014 you live in the CRM and know your numbers cold<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A strong coach \u2014 you can listen to a call, diagnose what went wrong, and fix it<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfortable owning outcomes, not just activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in creator economy, influencer, talent, or marketplace sales is a <strong>strong plus<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Role We\u2019re building out a dedicated sales function at Playbook and need a Sales Lead to own it.
