We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.<\/p>\n<h2>About the role<\/h2>\n<p>Hi, I\u2019m Matt Lane, Manager of Account Management at <a href=\"http:\/\/Customer.io\" rel=\"nofollow ugc noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Customer.io<\/a>, and I\u2019m looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our EMEA team. This is a revenue ownership role \u2014 you\u2019ll manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and building the kind of relationships that make customers want to grow with us. You\u2019ll be part of a tight-knit EMEA team and a key commercial voice for the accounts you own.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This role is open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland only.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>What we value<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial ownership \u2014 you treat your book of business like it\u2019s yours, because it is<\/li>\n<li>Forecasting discipline and data-driven decision-making, not gut feel<\/li>\n<li>Multi-threaded relationships \u2014 you build trust across the org, not just with one champion<\/li>\n<li>Expansion through value, not feature gates or mechanical levers<\/li>\n<li>Close partnership with Customer Success \u2014 you see CS as a collaborator, not a handoff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What you\u2019ll do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the full commercial strategy for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts \u2014 renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation<\/li>\n<li>Drive growth by helping customers adopt <a href=\"http:\/\/Customer.io\" rel=\"nofollow ugc noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Customer.io<\/a> more strategically, identifying new use cases and articulating ROI clearly<\/li>\n<li>Forecast renewal and expansion pipeline accurately with a clear, repeatable methodology<\/li>\n<li>Build multi-threaded relationships from day-to-day operators to Directors and VPs, becoming a trusted commercial advisor<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Customer Success on account health and with Sales on expansion deals<\/li>\n<li>Engage Legal and Finance on complex renewals and collaborate cross-functionally to move deals forward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we\u2019re looking for<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years in Sr. Account Management, Sales, or a related SaaS commercial role with direct ownership of a revenue number (5+ years preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing $5m ARR, predominantly in the MM space<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to grow customer spend outside of overages or true-ups \u2014 genuine expansion through adoption and value articulation<\/li>\n<li>A forecasting methodology you can walk through clearly \u2014 it doesn\u2019t need to be a named framework, just logic you own<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable pulling usage data, tracking health scores, and building your own dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Strong communicator \u2014 clear and persuasive with both technical and non-technical stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Based in the UK or Ireland<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/h2>\n<p>We believe in transparency.
