You will play a critical role in generating high-value leads and enabling Enterprise Account Managers to succeed through well-prepared meetings and insights. This role emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and delivering a positive prospect experience.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Create target lists of key points of contact within your portfolio of prospect accounts using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop creative engagement campaigns that drive curiosity using email, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and phone<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Discover new business opportunities by understanding a prospect\u2019s interests, needs, and knowledge gaps through thoughtful conversations with senior decision makers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Respond to all marketing-generated leads in a professional and timely manner to identify opportunities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver a consistent volume of meetings for Enterprise Account Managers, including detailed handover notes and briefings<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide prospects with a high-quality experience and positive impression<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Use Salesforce to record all activity and client interactions, ensuring data accuracy and quality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in B2B internal sales (approximately 12 months), ideally within SaaS, software, data analytics, or subscription-based solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to confidently engage prospects by phone, establish credibility, and build rapport<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborative team mindset with strong interpersonal skills and resilience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to work towards and achieve weekly and monthly targets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Interest in technology and innovation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with HubSpot and use of AI in sales processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to use metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Work in a Way That Works for You<\/b><br \/>We promote a healthy work\/life balance across the organization. If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $50,204 \u2013 $80,196, the total target cash range is $77,462 \u2013 $123,738.
