Enterprise Account Executive \u2013 OGC (Dallas Based, Remote)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Owner, Developer, and General Contractor Sales Team is one of the most impactful and business-critical teams at Built. We are the next big endeavor, seeking to revolutionize a category still largely unsupported by technology. This is the opportunity to join the foundational team charting the path for this product line at Built. There is a multi-trillion dollar addressable market of Owners, Developers, and Builders still running business operations on pen, paper, and Excel. This is an ecosystem of sophisticated dealmakers and requires executive-level presence. For the right person, the opportunity is limitless.<\/p>\n

This role will sit remotely in Dallas, TX. Candidates must currently reside in the Dallas area and be comfortable with frequent travel to clients, prospects, and industry events.<\/p>\n

In this Role, You Will<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

As an Enterprise Account Executive for Owners, Developers, GC (OGC), you will articulate our value proposition to executives in the large commercial real estate developers, investors, and general contractors. The ideal addition to the team is a sales professional who can hit the ground running, is capable of working independently, and is excited by the thought of fundamentally transforming the business of construction.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned market segment
\u2022 Understand the prospect\u2019s business through excellent discovery and qualification
\u2022 Deliver the Built value proposition in a clear and compelling manner to C-suite executives and decision-makers who may have limited software experience
\u2022 Qualify prospects and build business cases (e.g. ROI and workflow illustrations) for adoption
\u2022 Progress opportunities through various types and sizes of companies involved in construction (commercial developers, investors, contractors) to close software agreements
\u2022 Coordinate with executive management and other internal teams (client services, product, marketing, SE\u2019s) to ensure a great client experience and to continuously improve processes and products
\u2022 Rapidly learn the market, the decision-makers, our products, and the value propositions, successfully meeting or exceeding agreed-upon quotas<\/p>\n

Skills, Experience & Education You\u2019ll Need<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree
\u2022 4+ years of experience running the full sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach
\u2022 Enterprise software sales experience, especially in slow-to-adopt or complex verticals
\u2022 Understanding of and\/or experience with finance or construction industries is a plus
\u2022 Demonstrated knowledge\/experience regarding back-office operations
\u2022 Proven record of exceeding revenue targets
\u2022 Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
\u2022 Excellent organizational and time management skills
\u2022 Unquestionable integrity, work ethic, and sense of ownership
\u2022 Comfortable working in a high-growth environment
\u2022 Must be based in Dallas, TX, and willing to travel frequently throughout the region and nationally as needed (up to 50%) <\/p>\n

Built\u2019s salary range for this position is $120,000 \u2013 $140,000 per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built\u2019s total compensation package for employees; your total rewards package at Built will include equity, market-current medical, dental and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Travel Requirement:<\/strong> Employees who are not based in the Nashville area are required to travel to our Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings, such as Connect Week.
