We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive \u2013 SMB to join our EMEA Sales team in Ireland (remote).<\/p>\n
What does a Commercial Account Executive at CoderPad do?<\/strong><\/p>\n Own a high-volume book of SMB accounts (ARR \u20ac5k\u201310k) \u2014 mostly self-serve and free-trial users already active in the product \u2014 and drive net-new revenue on short cycles by converting them into paid plans, plus targeted outbound on net-new logos.<\/p>\n As the global leader in the technical interview space (4,000+ customers in 165+ countries) it is our goal as a Sales team to identify technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition across a large book of SMB accounts.<\/p>\n This role reports to the Sales Manager for the EMEA team.<\/p>\n This role is located in Ireland (remote) and works standard Irish business hours (GMT\/BST).<\/p>\n Own a high-volume book of SMB accounts (ARR \u20ac5k\u201310k) and drive net-new revenue on short sales cycles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Work inbound leads and free-trial sign-ups, plus targeted outbound, across a dense pipeline.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Run discovery calls, product demos and closing, converting interest into paid plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and accurate forecasting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Partner with CS and Renewals for clean hand-offs on closed accounts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Consistently hit monthly deal and revenue targets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 1\u20133 years of AE \/ closing experience, ideally in SaaS and at high account volume<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Some outbound prospecting experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce) and follow-up rigor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Autonomy, energy and resilience to a fast pace; results-oriented and competitive.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Fluent English and French; another European language is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Compensation for this role includes: base salary and variable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n On-target earnings (OTE \/ total package) for this role: \u20ac90,000\u2013\u20ac100,000, made up of base salary plus variable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Exact salary is based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered.
