To collaborate effectively, you&#8217;ll need to be based in a timezone with significant (at least 6 hours) overlap.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>CashCow lives at the intersection of mobile gaming, rewards, and real money. UX clarity\u00a0isn&#8217;t optional, and neither is moving fast.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re scaling up, with an iOS launch on the way and a lot of ground to cover. We&#8217;re\u00a0looking for a Senior Product Designer with a rock-solid grasp of the product design\u00a0essentials and a genuine, hands-on relationship with AI. You should already be\u00a0designing with AI woven into your workflow, not waiting to learn it.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a &#8220;just ship screens&#8221; role. You&#8217;ll get real ownership, high responsibility, and\u00a0the room to shape core mobile experiences end to end. CashCow is a mobile rewards platform built around mobile games. Users play games through CashCow and earn real cash for completing in-game\u00a0 milestones like levels, chapters, or progress goals. The harder the milestone, the higher\u00a0the reward.<\/p>\n<p>From a game design lens, CashCow is a sort of progression layer across multiple games,\u00a0with LiveOps-style loops like daily tasks, streaks, and events, where trust, clarity, and\u00a0motivation matter because real money is involved.<\/p>\n<h2>What You&#8217;ll Own<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Design system consolidation &amp; maintenance<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Core UX\/UI across Android and iOS<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Progression, rewards, and cash-out flows<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 LiveOps features such as daily tasks, streaks, leaderboards, and events<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Turning complex systems into clear, motivating experiences<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll have freedom to challenge ideas, and responsibility for outcomes.<\/p>\n<h2>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Own design from concept to production<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Use AI fluently across your workflow: ideation, exploration, prototyping, copy, research synthesis<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborate closely with product and engineering<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Turn ambiguity into simple, scalable solutions<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Run and apply competitor research<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Only sweat the details on things that move the needle<\/p>\n<h2>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 5+ years as a Product Designer, with strong mobile UX\/UI experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A perfect grasp of the product design essentials: information architecture,\u00a0interaction design, visual systems, design systems, prototyping, and writing for\u00a0product<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Already AI-forward.
