This role is ideal for a strategic seller with deep SaaS experience who can own the full sales cycle\u2014from prospecting through close\u2014across multiple sports verticals.<\/p>\n<p>You will engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and position TeamSnap as a mission-critical platform for operational excellence and growth.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and close<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Identify and win new enterprise opportunities across multiple sports verticals (e.g., youth, amateur, governing bodies, and leagues)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to organizational needs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead complex negotiations, contract structuring, and pricing discussions \u2013 with a focus on $100k+ ACV deals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful customer outcomes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting within CRM tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Stay informed on industry trends within sports technology and SaaS<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>5\u20137 years of proven success in SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise or mid-market segments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience within the sports ecosystem strongly preferred (e.g., sports tech, leagues, governing bodies, or adjacent markets)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex, $100k+ ACV, multi-stakeholder deals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience running full-cycle sales processes independently<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills\u2014particularly with C-level executives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strategic thinker with the ability to map solutions to customer business outcomes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Attributes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Existing network within sports organizations or related industries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience selling platform-based or multi-product SaaS solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with long sales cycles and large deal sizes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What Success Looks Like:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Consistently exceeds revenue targets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Builds a strong, sustainable pipeline across sports verticals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Establishes TeamSnap as a trusted partner among enterprise sports organizations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Drives measurable impact on customer growth and operational efficiency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation<\/h3>\n<h3>Additional Information<\/h3>\n<p>Got cold feet? The <strong>minimum<\/strong> starting point for this role is $150,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. <\/p>\n<p><strong> Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren\u2019t in the same time zone as you.
