Who You Are<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You are a strong communicator who builds trust quickly and knows how to guide meaningful conversations. You\u2019re skilled at listening, asking the right questions, and understanding client needs in a thoughtful, consultative way.\u00a0You bring experience working directly with customers over the phone and are comfortable owning conversations from start to finish. You take pride in delivering a high-quality experience and helping clients make important decisions with confidence.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Serve as the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers who have expressed interest through HomeLight<\/li>\n
  • Handle inbound (warm) leads through both incoming and outbound follow-up calls \u2014 no cold calling required<\/li>\n
  • Conduct one-on-one, consultative conversations to understand each client\u2019s home buying or selling needs<\/li>\n
  • Build trust quickly and guide clients toward the most relevant HomeLight solutions<\/li>\n
  • Provide a high-touch, personalized experience that makes clients feel confident in their next steps<\/li>\n
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems<\/li>\n
  • Follow up thoughtfully to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What You Bring<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Proven experience in customer-facing roles (sales, client services, or similar)<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly<\/li>\n
    • Experience handling inbound leads or consultative conversations over the phone<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage conversations with focus and depth (one client at a time)<\/li>\n
    • Customer-first mindset with a focus on quality over volume<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n
    • Comfort using CRM systems and standard business tools<\/li>\n
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
