This is a long-term product design role\u2014not front-end development, slot-game illustration, or banner-only production.<\/p>\n<p>CREATIVITY IS THE CORE OF THIS ROLE<\/p>\n<p>We need someone who can originate distinctive visual concepts, not simply rearrange templates. You should be able to take a product brief, explore multiple directions, explain your decisions, and turn the strongest idea into a cohesive, intuitive interface.<\/p>\n<p>Our design direction is clean, premium, familiar, and comfortable to use. We value thoughtful typography, spacing, hierarchy, reusable components, subtle motion, and strong attention to detail. The product includes Korean-language layouts, but Korean fluency is not required.<\/p>\n<p>WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Propose original visual directions and interaction ideas that give the product a recognizable identity.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Design responsive homepages, casino lobbies, game cards, search, filters, promotions, and navigation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Design sportsbook event lists, odds displays, markets, live states, and bet-slip interactions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Improve sign-up, account, wallet, transaction history, notifications, messages, and promotion screens.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Turn user flows into polished screens, interactive prototypes, and reusable Figma components.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Define desktop\/mobile behavior and hover, focus, selected, disabled, loading, empty, and error states.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborate with the product owner and developers on implementation details and visual QA.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Occasionally support promotional banners and lightweight UI motion; product UI remains the primary focus.<\/p>\n<p>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong creative judgment and a portfolio showing original concepts, exploration, and polished execution.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 2+ years of hands-on web or product UI\/UX design experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At least one relevant casino OR sportsbook website project; experience in both is a plus.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong Figma skills: Auto Layout, components, variants, variables\/styles, prototypes, and organized developer handoff.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Solid responsive design, typography, information hierarchy, and interaction design skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Working English for written communication and design discussions.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to explain exactly what you personally owned and why you made key design decisions.<\/p>\n<p>NICE TO HAVE<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience with Korean or other Asian-market consumer interfaces.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Design systems for content-rich products.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Micro-interaction prototypes, subtle motion, or promotional banner design.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Basic understanding of HTML\/CSS constraints; coding is not required.<\/p>\n<p>ENGAGEMENT<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Long-term, fully remote contract with full-time-equivalent availability.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Monthly compensation: USD 1,500\u20132,000, depending on portfolio quality and relevant experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Candidates worldwide are welcome; working-hour overlap can be discussed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Shortlisted candidates may be invited to a small paid trial before the long-term engagement.<\/p>\n<p>HOW TO APPLY<\/p>\n<p>Share 1\u20133 relevant projects and briefly explain:<\/p>\n<p>1. Which screens, components, and design decisions you personally owned.<\/p>\n<p>2. One original idea you introduced, the alternatives you explored, and why you chose the final direction.<\/p>\n<p>3. Your experience with casino lobbies, sportsbook odds\/markets, bet slips, wallets, or other relevant flows.<\/p>\n<p>4. Your availability and expected monthly compensation.<\/p>\n<p>Desktop\/mobile examples and an NDA-safe Figma walkthrough are welcome. AI-assisted work is acceptable, but you must demonstrate your own design decisions and editable, production-ready work.
