DESCRIPTION:<\/p>\n

Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Product Specialist III, where you\u2019ll contribute to revenue growth and customer success through technical sales expertise. You\u2019ll represent our portfolio of Proteomic Workflows & Beads, working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions that enable them to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a technical advisor, you\u2019ll develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while providing technical expertise across the sales cycle. You\u2019ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical support to implement sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n

\u2022 BS degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
\u2022 Preferred Fields of Study: Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline<\/p>\n

\u2022 5 plus years of experience, ideally in a technical sales role in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or life sciences industry<\/p>\n

\u2022 Deep technical knowledge of assigned product portfolio and applications \u2022 Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer requirements<\/p>\n

\u2022 Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets \u2022 Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities \u2022 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment<\/p>\n

\u2022 Demonstrated project management and organizational skills<\/p>\n

\u2022 Travel requirements of 50% within assigned territory<\/p>\n

\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license and ability to lift\/move equipment as needed
\u2022 Strong relationship building and negotiation skills<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience delivering technical demonstrations and training<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Compensation and Benefits<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $91,000.00\u2013$136,000.00.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
