What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n We\u2019re looking for an exceptional Solutions Engineer<\/strong> to help grow Infisical\u2019s customer base and ensure a seamless product experience from onboarding to long-term success.<\/p>\n This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you\u2019ll work closely with our CEO, sales, and engineering teams. You\u2019ll play a critical role in helping organizations adopt Infisical by demonstrating technical value, driving successful implementations, and expanding product usage across accounts.<\/p>\n You\u2019ll be working directly with the CEO, engineering, and sales teams on:<\/p>\n Running proof-of-concept with leads, guiding customer through onboarding, or being able to recommend best practices for specific architectures and use cases.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ensuring new customers are activated, happy, and have all of their questions answered;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Becoming a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Working in tandem with account executives to lead demo & discovery calls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Talking to customers daily to find points of friction and potential improvement in any workflows, understanding customer\u2019s needs and provide feedback towards product roadmap. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Understanding user journey and being able to guide UX\/DX roadmap<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Hosting webinars and knowledge sharing sessions for customer\u2019s stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Improving documentation and public facing materials based on customer feedback.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Overall, you\u2019re going to be one of the defining pieces of our team as we scale to thousands of customers over the next 18 months.<\/p>\n Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps (open source contributions are a plus).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong written and verbal communication skills\u2014able to clearly articulate technical concepts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n High energy, high ownership mindset, and a willingness to operate in ambiguity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Based in the United States.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Familiarity with secret management tools or developer security platforms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Solid understanding of developer workflows and\/or DevSecOps infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Past involvement in developer communities or public speaking (webinars, talks, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, DevRel).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience supporting enterprise accounts and working with technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n In this role, you\u2019ll be instrumental in shaping how Infisical scales and serves thousands of customers:<\/p>\n\n
