You\u2019ll own retention and expansion across complex accounts and build multi-threaded relationships that uncover value and strengthen customer commitment. This role requires curiosity and commercial discipline, blending relationship development with commercial execution. Your role will contribute to Spreedly\u2019s growth by driving insights at the account level, expanding relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring that customers fully realize the benefits of our payments orchestration platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving customer challenges, and is energized by a culture of continuous learning and growth.<\/p>\n<p><em>This is a US-based customer-facing role supporting primarily US customers and cross-functional teams operating within US business hours.
