\u25cf Drive revenue growth by owning the entire sales cycle, from qualifying leads to<\/p>\n

\u25cf Tailor immigration legal solutions to meet client needs.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients and key decision-makers,<\/p>\n
including individual, mid-market and enterprise clients.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Own and exceed individual sales quota through closing new business with<\/p>\n
individual, mid-market and enterprise clients.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Responsible for full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design,<\/p>\n
contract negotiation, and close.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Develop tailored pitches and proposals that address client needs, ROI, and<\/p>\n
business outcomes.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Source and qualify leads via outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and<\/p>\n
partnerships.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline in CRM, forecasting revenue with<\/p>\n
precision.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Partner with marketing on lead generation campaigns and follow-up.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Serve as the trusted point of contact for decision-makers (CFOs, HR leaders,<\/p>\n
mobility managers, etc.).<\/p>\n
\u25cf Drive upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Work closely with Sales Engineers, Product, and Legal teams to deliver<\/p>\n
customized solutions.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client<\/p>\n
satisfaction post-sale.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Provide structured feedback to Product\/Engineering on client needs and market<\/p>\n
trends.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Act as a subject matter expert during client conversations, educating<\/p>\n
stakeholders on best practices.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to<\/p>\n
strengthen brand presence.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Consistently log activities, track metrics, and update CRM (HubSpot, etc.).<\/p>\n
\u25cf Follow structured sales methodologies (i.e. MEDDIC, BANT) to drive repeatable<\/p>\n
success.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Contribute to playbooks, case studies, and knowledge-sharing across the sales<\/p>\n
team.<\/p>\n
Position requires up to 20% travel to client sites, company locations, and industry<\/p>\n
events.<\/p>\n
May work at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.<\/p>\n
100% telecommuting permitted.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n
Employer will accept a Bachelor\u2019s degree (any field) or foreign equivalent, and 2 years<\/p>\n
of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.<\/p>\n
Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:<\/p>\n
\u25cf Running a full-cycle B2B sales process (prospecting, discovery, pitching).<\/p>\n
\u25cf Demonstrated quota-carrying track record with evidence of hitting or exceeding<\/p>\n
revenue targets.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Demonstrated experience applying knowledge of ROI, budgets, and cost drivers<\/p>\n
in B2B purchasing decisions.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce or Hubspot CRM tools.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Working with structured sales methodologies including MEDDIC and Bant to<\/p>\n
keep deals on track.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Experience with sales messaging across industries for startups, mid-market, or<\/p>\n
enterprise clients.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Experience working with Product, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver<\/p>\n
complex solutions.<\/p>\n
