Our creditors\u2019 rights division, spanning consumer collections, debt buying, and the broader accounts receivable management (ARM) industry is the fastest-growing part of our business. Firms representing many of the largest debt buyers in the country are filing at record volumes in 2026. We are the platform built to support that scale \u2014 with jurisdictional rules hard-coded at dispatch, GPS-verified documentation on every job, automated affidavit generation, and SOC 2 Type 2 certification. We are not a referral network. We are a purpose-built operational infrastructure for firms that need to serve tens of thousands of defendants a month with precision and compliance.<\/p>\n

About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead new business development in our Creditors\u2019 Rights and consumer collections division. This is an enterprise hunter role \u2014 you will own the full sales motion from prospecting to close for the largest debt buyers and creditors\u2019 rights law firms in the country. The accounts you are selling into are sophisticated, volume-driven, and relationship-first. They care about compliance, documentation quality, jurisdictional accuracy, and throughput. <\/p>\n

This is not a volume-dial SDR-supported role. You will need to build relationships at the Managing Partner, Director of Operations, and VP of Legal Operations level. Your credibility, your knowledge of the creditors\u2019 rights and debt collection process, and your ability to connect Proof\u2019s platform to their specific operational pain is how you win.<\/p>\n

The right person has sold into legal collections, debt buying, or the account receivable management (ARM) industry or a comparably regulated industry requiring complex compliance and documentation. You can speak knowledgeably about the creditors\u2019 rights process and engage a partner at a top creditors\u2019 rights firm as a peer, not as a salesperson.<\/p>\n
