Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256) are expected to work onsite four days per week to support collaboration, speed, and execution. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>The <strong>Solutions Consultant<\/strong> will focus on the technical sales of Nextiva\u2019s solutions. This role serves as a key technical resource, requiring a deep understanding of Nextiva\u2019s product offerings and their applications. The consultant will act as the technical lead throughout the sales process and will coordinate additional sales resources, including Product Subject Matter Experts, Account Management, Project Management, and Professional Services. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead business and technical discovery to uncover customer requirements, pain points, and success criteria <\/li>\n<li>Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations <\/li>\n<li>Foster relationship with third-party vendors and partners to enhance solution offerings <\/li>\n<li>Own proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, including scoping and success criteria <\/li>\n<li>Respond to RFPs\/RFIs and security questionnaires <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Account Executive on account strategy and deal planning <\/li>\n<li>Act as the technical voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering <\/li>\n<li>Handle basic objection handling on architecture, security, and integrations <\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date on new technologies, industry trends, security &amp; compliance, business needs <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a compelling, passionate, and enthusiastic speaker <\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer feedback, competitor, and partner insights <\/li>\n<li>Help standardize demo best practices, documentation, and reusable assets <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to internal enablement by training sales teams on how to position and leverage demos effectively <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Services Delivery team to communicate and coordinate customer requirements and roadmaps <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\u20136 years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role <\/li>\n<li>Preferred understanding of knowledge in technical areas such as (UCaaS, CCaaS, CRM, SIP, VOIP, AI, APIs, Automation Services) and common integration patterns (Workato, Redox..) <\/li>\n<li>Ability to present confidently to technical and business stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Nextiva\u2019s competitive landscape (e.g., RingCentral, Five9, Genesys, Zoom) <\/li>\n<li>Fundamental knowledge of Python, JSON, HTML CSS, and JavaScript <\/li>\n<li>Use AI to enhance personal workflows, leverages multiple AI tools based on their strengths, identifies repetitive tasks for automation, and shares best practices to drive team growth <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, develop new processes, and adapt to new technology <\/li>\n<li>Bonus would be knowledge in areas such as Data Security &amp; Privacy (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR) <\/li>\n<li>Bonus knowledge in Spanish or French <\/li>\n<li>Bonus knowledge in Lucidchart, Google Dialogflow, Teams, WhatsApp, Google G-Suite <\/li>\n<li>Travel: up to 20% <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Right Attitude <\/li>\n<li>Driving Results <\/li>\n<li>Critical Thinker <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p><strong>Nextiva DNA <\/strong>(Core Competencies)<\/p>\n<p>Nextiva\u2019s most successful team members share common traits and behaviors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Drives Results:<\/strong> Action-oriented problem solvers who quickly bring clarity and <strong>simplicity<\/strong> to ambiguity, challenge the status quo, and lead meaningful change; celebrating wins to fuel momentum. We consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, training, and certifications, when determining compensation. We aim to offer competitive salaries or wages that reflect the value you bring to our team. Depending on the position, compensation may include base salary and\/or hourly wages, incentives, or bonuses. <\/p>\n<p>The expected hiring range is $115,000 \u2013 $190,000 including annualized base salary and annualized target sales incentive. Some sales roles are paid hourly with overtime eligibility.
