If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself \u2014 keep reading.<\/p>\n<p>As a <strong>Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, Big Tech\/AI,<\/strong> you will partner with Sales to demonstrate how Socure can solve complex identity, fraud, risk, and compliance challenges for strategic technology and AI customers.<\/p>\n<p>You will lead discovery, technical qualification, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and executive presentations throughout the sales cycle. Your work will create customer confidence in Socure\u2019s solution, establish a technically credible path to implementation, and support successful handoff to post-sales teams.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll do<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Own pre-sales solution consulting for strategic Big Tech\/AI customers from qualification through closed won.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to understand customer priorities, business objectives, technical requirements, and decision criteria.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead discovery sessions that uncover customer challenges across identity, fraud, risk, onboarding, compliance, and operational workflows.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Design scalable solutions that align Socure\u2019s platform capabilities to customer needs and business outcomes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical workshops, architecture discussions, and executive presentations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead or support proof-of-concept, proof-of-value, and data study design and execution in partnership with Data Science.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Define clear POC success criteria, assumptions, evaluation metrics, implementation considerations, and risks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Translate complex technical, analytical, and statistical findings into clear recommendations for technical, business, and executive audiences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Support RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, technical questionnaires, proposals, statements of work, and related sales deliverables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Marketing to address customer requirements and deliver compelling solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build technical win strategies that establish credible solution fit, customer confidence, and a clear path to implementation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Apply industry and domain expertise to tailor strategies for customers operating in identity, fraud, fintech, financial services, AI, data, and regulated environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Bring customer and field insights back to Product and Product Marketing to influence roadmap priorities, messaging, and future solution innovation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Create reusable assets, frameworks, and playbooks that improve consistency and effectiveness across the Solution Consulting team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, customer focus, and continuous learning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner with post-sales teams to ensure high-quality handoffs, including customer goals, proposed architecture, POC outcomes, assumptions, risks, and success criteria.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll bring<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Significant experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, professional services, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A proven track record leading enterprise sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders and complex technical or operational requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong experience with discovery, solution design, technical demonstrations, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept execution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Technical depth across RESTful APIs, data flows, analytics, machine learning or data science-adjacent technologies, and modern software delivery environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience translating complex technical, analytical, or statistical concepts into clear business recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with identity verification, fraud prevention, risk management, fintech, financial services, Big Tech, AI, or other data-intensive domains.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The ability to build credibility with both technical and executive audiences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working with enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, data products, or technology integrations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A customer-first mindset with strong ownership, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>A commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, collaboration, and operational excellence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent practical experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Socure is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in all its forms within our company.
