In this role you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market \u2014 leveraging AI tools, agents, or automated workflows to move faster and at greater scale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion, using AI agents to handle enrichment, sequencing, and signal monitoring so your focus stays on the highest-value interactions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies \u2014 including the AI workflows powering them \u2014 based on the feedback loop.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Prior outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfortable operating and iterating on AI-assisted workflows and automation tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or similar) \u2014 you don\u2019t need to build from scratch, but you know how to run and tune a system.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Curiosity \u2014 asking insightful questions and developing solutions from a foundation of knowledge and insight.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Self-motivated, thriving as part of a team while possessing the ability to stay driven and proactive independently.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish, French, or German is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required.
