We produce a high volume of content every week across paid ads, email, events and physical products. We need someone who can keep up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll work closely with our Head of Brand and Head of Growth to turn brand assets into commercial output &#8211; ad templates, email visuals, event posters, packaging, merch. We have a large brand library and a clear visual identity. Your job is to build from it, version it, and make it usable across the team. This isn&#8217;t a role for someone who wants to redesign the brand. It&#8217;s for someone who wants to produce great work at volume, learn what performs commercially, and grow inside a brand that&#8217;s moving fast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Produce weekly ad assets for Meta and Google &#8211; static, video, carousel<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Design email visuals for Klaviyo campaigns and flows<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build templates that the wider team can version without breaking the brand<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Design event posters, physical print, and merchandise<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Create packaging that&#8217;s on-brand and production-ready<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage files and components in Figma<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>0\u20132 years in a design role, ideally in a consumer or lifestyle brand<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Figma fluency &#8211; you&#8217;re comfortable inside shared systems and component libraries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong eye for layout, type, and colour &#8211; especially at small formats (ads, emails)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Video editing and basic motion (After Effects, CapCut, or similar)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Print-ready file prep and experience working with external suppliers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How we hire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If it looks like a fit, we&#8217;ll send you a case:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Access to our brand library and current ads &#8211; build 1-2 templates (pain ad, bundle ad)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Access to our Klaviyo emails &#8211; build a new template<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>LINK TO FIGMA:<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary &amp; location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a315,000\u201320,000 (yearly) part-time, with a clear path to full-time.
