This team helps fintechs, platforms, marketplaces, and crypto-native companies launch global card programs funded by stablecoin balances \u2013 giving their users a seamless way to spend those balances in everyday commerce, whether they live on-chain or simply expect money to work globally.<\/p>\n<p>If turning stablecoins into practical global financial infrastructure excites you\u2026 you\u2019ll fit right in.<\/p>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll do<\/h3>\n<p>As an Account Executive focused on Stablecoin Issuing, you\u2019ll grow adoption and revenue for Stripe\u2019s Stablecoin Issuing product and the financial infrastructure that powers it. You\u2019ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other GTM teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge, lead complex deals, and help build and execute our go-to-market strategy.<\/p>\n<p>This is a high-autonomy sales role on a close-knit team. You can move comfortably between business, product, and technical conversations, build value in competitive situations, and bring structure to an evolving market. You\u2019re equally effective with customers and internal partners, excited to develop deep expertise, and generous about sharing what you learn.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own a revenue target and the end-to-end commercial motion for Stablecoin Issuing, from pipeline development and qualification through negotiation, close, and launch.<\/li>\n<li>Qualify customer business models, stablecoin fund flows, target geographies, cardholder use cases, and regulatory readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a deep understanding of the competitive and partner landscape, and use it to sharpen Stripe\u2019s positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Lead technically and commercially complex sales involving stablecoin infrastructure, card issuing, cross-border money movement, and program economics.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate stakeholders across internal Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams, as well as financial partners and card networks, from early qualification through launch.<\/li>\n<li>Use early customer engagements to develop repeatable segmentation, qualification criteria, commercial models, and GTM playbooks.<\/li>\n<li>Bring structured market feedback to Product and Engineering as the product and market rapidly evolve.<\/li>\n<li>Bring curiosity, good judgment, and a sense of humor \u2013 we\u2019re building the playbook as we go.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who you are<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.<\/p>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, fintech, crypto, payments, or financial infrastructure, with a track record of strong performance.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to roll up your sleeves and build where there isn\u2019t yet a playbook.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions that address the needs of multiple stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative teammate who is eager to learn, grow, and leave things nicer than they found them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with card issuing, stablecoins, crypto infrastructure, cross-border payments, or embedded finance.<\/li>\n<li>Experience selling API-based products or navigating regulated, multi-party product launches.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with platforms, marketplaces, wallets, or global fintech business models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses.
