While digital advertising has transformed online experiences, physical businesses are only beginning to modernize how they engage customers and monetize their in-location media.<\/p>\n<p>Rockbot is helping define that future.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is excited to open doors and create opportunities with some of the world\u2019s largest brands. You\u2019ll be an important part of our Enterprise Sales team, identifying and engaging high-value prospects, building relationships with key stakeholders, and generating qualified pipeline for our Enterprise Sales Directors.<\/p>\n<p>This role requires more than high-volume outreach. You\u2019ll take the time to understand target accounts, identify the right people and opportunities, and create thoughtful, personalized outreach that gets attention.<\/p>\n<h3>What Success Looks Like<\/h3>\n<p>Success means consistently creating qualified enterprise opportunities that have the potential to become long-term Rockbot customers. You\u2019ll partner closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and Enterprise Sales Directors to identify, prioritize, and engage the enterprise organizations that represent Rockbot\u2019s highest-value opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll combine strong research, curiosity, persistence, and personalized outreach to connect with the right stakeholders and build a healthy enterprise pipeline.<\/p>\n<h3>You Will<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build enterprise pipeline across retail, hospitality, restaurants, convenience, grocery, healthcare, and other multi-location industries.<\/li>\n<li>Research target accounts to understand their business, organizational structure, priorities, leadership, and relevant initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and engage key stakeholders, including decision-makers, champions, influencers, and executive sponsors.<\/li>\n<li>Execute personalized, multi-channel outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, referrals, and other channels.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Enterprise Sales Directors to prioritize target accounts and develop effective outreach strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Qualify prospective customers and create strong handoffs to the Enterprise Sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Track outreach, activity, account intelligence, and opportunities accurately in Salesforce.<\/li>\n<li>Test and refine messaging and outreach approaches based on what generates engagement and qualified opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who Will Thrive Here<\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019re curious, organized, persistent, and energized by opening new doors. You like learning about a company before reaching out and can turn that research into relevant, compelling outreach.<\/p>\n<p>You communicate confidently, aren\u2019t afraid to pick up the phone, and know that enterprise prospecting often takes persistence and multiple touchpoints. You\u2019re motivated by creating opportunities and enjoy working closely with experienced sales leaders to turn great target accounts into real conversations.<\/p>\n<h3>You Have<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required.<\/li>\n<li>2\u20135 years of sales development, business development, outbound sales, or related prospecting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting; enterprise prospecting experience strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong research, organization, and follow-through.<\/li>\n<li>Confidence engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Salesforce and sales prospecting or engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and prospecting priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>A track record of persistence, curiosity, and comfort working toward measurable pipeline goals.<\/li>\n<li>Experience selling into multi-location businesses or enterprise organizations is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Rockbot:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rockbot is an omnichannel media platform committed to elevating customer and employee experiences while fostering stronger connections in real-world spaces. These ranges may be modified in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The compensation band for this role is $70,000-$85,000 base + variable bonus (100-120K OTE), equity, and benefits for all team members.
