You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Financial Services leaders, navigating them through the complexities of data and AI governance to unlock a distinct competitive advantage. Your mission is to build brand authority and serve as a Data Intelligence visionary across the entire customer lifecycle, driving demand, accelerating adoption, and leading expansion efforts within a territory of top-tier incumbents and high-growth financial prospects.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Senior Account Executives, Financial Services at Collibra are responsible for<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospecting for net new FinServ accounts, greenfield building, and developing relationships with existing customers to maintain active deal pipeline and ideal quota coverage in your territory.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and creating demand for expansion on existing FinServ customers to widen the footprint of Collibra within these accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Managing complex deal cycles, from lead origination to stakeholder mapping, through negotiation to close and expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Successfully collaborating with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process where you will identify value and ROI aligned to the specific data governance and compliance needs of financial institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, accurate forecasting, with Salesforce updates reflective of real-time activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>You have<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2\u20133 years of experience in Data Management, Data\/AI Governance, or FinServ technology sales, with deep familiarity with the regulatory landscapes and data complexities inherent to the financial sector.<\/li>\n<li>A proven ability to originate and lead complex, value-based sales cycles, navigating multiple technical and business stakeholders to secure both net-new business and strategic expansions.<\/li>\n<li>A successful history of developing high-profile, long-term relationships with C-level buyers and stakeholders across the financial services ecosystem.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently achieved or overachieved your SaaS sales quota.<\/li>\n<li>Managed consultative sales processes, utilizing established sales methodologies to drive predictable, impact-driven outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows.<\/li>\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent related working experience.<\/li>\n<li>This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>You are<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Composed and resourceful, remaining focused and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments.<\/li>\n<li>Known for your integrity and a trusted advisor approach to the customer journey.<\/li>\n<li>A precise communicator and persuasive negotiator who can translate technical data governance concepts into compelling business outcomes for executive leadership<\/li>\n<li>Adaptive, accountable, and execution-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Proud of your work, aim for excellence in every interaction, and are flexible to travel as required to support your accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Measures of success<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Within your first month, you have completed onboarding, connected with your team members as well as with your functional peers.<\/li>\n<li>Within your third month, you will be in the midst of building a pipeline of business within your assigned FinServ accounts and territory.<\/li>\n<li>Within your sixth month, you will have a solid foundation of prospective FinServ clients who you will be close to closing, and will be well-positioned as a trusted advisor in the Data Intelligence market for Financial Services companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Compensation for this role<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The standard base salary range for this position is $140,000 \u2013 $175,000 per year. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
