The choice is yours!<\/p>\n<p>The salary for this role is $65,000 annually + commission (OTE of $100,000).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In this role, you will proactively identify and engage new growth opportunities via targeted outbound engagement.<\/li>\n<li>This will require you to quickly and accurately set calendar appointments for Account Executives, while serving as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"requirements\">Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>1+ years of sales experience in a Business Development Specialist role<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Competitive nature with a strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Consistently meet or exceed pre-assigned KPIs and activity targets<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high energy, ever-changing, dynamic sales environment.<\/li>\n<li>Must be quality and detailed oriented with strong working knowledge of the internet, e-commerce, and suite of Microsoft Office products<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with all levels\/functions within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience adapting and thriving in a constantly changing environment<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to pick up the phone and cold call new prospects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Character Traits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aggressive \u201cgo-getter\u201d with a hunger for chasing down leads<\/li>\n<li>Confident, yet humble with a desire for constant growth and learning<\/li>\n<li>Self-managing with the ability to identify issues and take initiative to solve<\/li>\n<li>Team Player who is willing to step in and help a team member, even if it will not benefit you directly<\/li>\n<li>High-levels of positivity &amp; charisma<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in fast-changing start-up environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong desire to help grow our clients businesses<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It&#8217;s challenging.
