If that sounds like you, come build this with us.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pipeline Generation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Target CFO, COO, and Head of IR at institutional PE firms using account-based strategies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build multi-quarter pipeline for long-cycle deals while maintaining near-term coverage<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Leverage partners \u2013 placement agents, auditors, legal advisors, consultants \u2013 for access and acceleration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Adjust targeting and messaging based on territory performance and fund cycle timing<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Design discovery for complex PE organizations and build a business case spanning both technology and fund administration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Re-qualify continuously as stakeholders, fund timing, and partnership dynamics shift<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Map buying processes and required approvals, including partnership votes and investment committee sign-off<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Get ahead of institutional objections \u2013 security reviews, SOC compliance, transition risk, data migration \u2013 before they surface<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deal Strategy &amp; Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Lead long-cycle deals with formal mutual action plans and milestone-based progress<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage procurement, legal, security, and implementation steps \u2013 including RFPs and operational due diligence \u2013 without losing momentum<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Coordinate internal leaders proactively and communicate risks and tradeoffs clearly<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Solution &amp; Platform Positioning<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Consult credibly on complex PE workflows: waterfall calculations, carried interest, multi-tier fund structures, ILPA compliance, and institutional LP reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Counter entrenched competitors with specific, evidence-based proof points<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead outcome-focused demos for senior stakeholders and set expectations responsibly using roadmap context<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Executive Influence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Show up with executive presence in front of Partners, CFOs, and COOs and lead high-stakes conversations without hesitation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Navigate incumbent relationships, partnership politics, and fund timing pressures with empathy and judgment<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Must Haves<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>4-8 years of B2B full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience with consistent track record of attainment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience selling into upper mid-market or institutional accounts with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated ability to navigate procurement, legal, and security processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience selling SaaS, financial technology, or professional services \u2013 ideally both<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong executive presence and ability to lead high-stakes conversations with senior PE professionals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven territory and account planning skills with multi-quarter pipeline management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Direct experience selling into private equity firms or alternative investment managers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Knowledge of PE fund administration, fund accounting, carried interest calculations, or institutional LP reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience selling combined technology + services deals with complex pricing structures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Existing relationships with institutional PE GPs, placement agents, auditors, or PE-focused consultants<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Familiarity with competitive landscape<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Compensation for this position includes a base salary, commissions, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $120,000 \u2013 $145,000.
