You\u2019d be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. \u2014 and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>About the role:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales VP to join our Revenue<strong> <\/strong>team. The Enterprise Sales VP will expand our footprint with large enterprise clients through direct sales . We are expanding our team in order to continue to hit our ambitious Enterprise Sales goals. <\/p>\n<p>We are searching for a candidate who possesses the exceptional ability to establish and cultivate high-level relationships, as this will be instrumental in our pursuit of growth and innovation.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Where you will work:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What you will do:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the direct sales cycles and deploy sales objectives through the preparation and measuring of sales quotas, prospecting and pipeline management<\/li>\n<li>Build out Garner\u2019s large enterprise channel by way of direct sales to employer, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers <\/li>\n<li>Keep current with market knowledge and competitor products to effectively communicate the value proposition of a relationship with Garner<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of new, strategic, broker relationships and influence the buying decision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>The ideal candidate has:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree and 7+ years of deep sales experience with a focus on health benefits (medical, ancillary, vendor) via brokers, consultants, and insurers<\/li>\n<li>Existing relationships within the broker, consultant and insurance communities<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3+ years experience selling large Enterprise clients<\/li>\n<li>A data literacy with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive actions<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with developing processes (sales playbooks, KPIs, collateral creation, etc), and executing on sales strategies to promote long term success<\/li>\n<li>A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of work experience at a venture backed, early stage company<\/li>\n<li>Comfort working with remote teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What you\u2019ll get here:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
