As a Real Assets Account Executive, you\u2019ll lead the full sales cycle and play a key role in driving revenue growth. Our customers and prospects will look to you as a trusted advisor who can thoughtfully map Juniper Square\u2019s solutions to their business needs.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will identify and develop new opportunities, build strong and lasting relationships, guide prospects through a thorough evaluation process, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure deal success. You\u2019ll forecast with precision, manage a healthy pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be joining a team-oriented, high-performing group of sellers who are deeply invested in understanding our prospects, our clients, and the PERE ecosystem. We operate with a blend of SaaS and professional-services sales motions, and our team\u2019s diverse experience is a key driver of our continued success.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Engage directly with prospective Private Equity Real Estate and Real Assets firms to sell fund administration and software solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Acquire new clients and develop ongoing account strategies to drive expansion and revenue growth within existing relationships.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner closely with Sales Development, Fund Solutions, and Solutions Engineering teams to originate, manage, and close new business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deliver a best-in-class buying experience by understanding customer needs and guiding them through an effective evaluation process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build consensus and executive alignment across stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners\u2014CPA firms, banks, law firms, and other industry stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to refining and optimizing our go-to-market approach as we deepen our understanding of product-market fit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Represent Juniper Square at in-person and virtual industry events<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>5+ years of B2B, full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience selling fund administration services, FinTech solutions, SaaS products, or comparable offerings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Knowledge of or experience within the CRE ecosystem is a strong preference<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong curiosity and eagerness to deeply understand our market and customer needs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and alignment with company values.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to a range of audiences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ability to prioritize outcomes that drive both commercial success and customer value.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Compensation for this position includes a base salary, commission, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary target for this role is $145,000.
