The ideal candidate will be based in Minnesota, with experience selling enterprise data or security products, and understands how to sell to complex technical audiences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, develop, and execute a comprehensive account strategy to close new business and drive expansion growth with customers across a defined territory.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast for your territory.<\/li>\n<li>Network in customer and related organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, access, and create positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision-makers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up to date account intelligence in Salesforce, including regular forecasting of business opportunities to sales and executive leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for territory quota and named accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Direct an inside sales team and marketing to uncover opportunities in territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication, able to articulate and present well in front of technical and executive level stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>You will have 5-10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to mid-size to large enterprises.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully closing six and seven figure software licensing deals with prospects and customers in the defined territory.<\/li>\n<li>You have a measurable track record in new business development and overachieving sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience selling data security.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in selling complex enterprise software solutions and ability to adapt in fast-growing and changing environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Values:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>We look for people who embody our values \u2013 Care, Do,Try &amp; Shine.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <strong><em>Care <\/em><\/strong><em>\u2013 We <\/em><strong><em>care <\/em><\/strong><em>about our customers and each other<\/em><\/li>\n<li> <strong><em>Do<\/em><\/strong><em> \u2013 We <\/em><strong><em>do<\/em><\/strong><em> what it takes to make a positive impact<\/em><\/li>\n<li> <strong><em>Try <\/em><\/strong><em>\u2013 We <\/em><strong><em>try<\/em><\/strong><em> our best and we don\u2019t give up<\/em><\/li>\n<li> <strong><em>Shine <\/em><\/strong><em>\u2013 We <\/em><strong><em>shine <\/em><\/strong><em>and make it our mission to always stand out<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The annual base salary range is $150,000 \u2013 $165,000.
