You\u2019ll be stepping into an exciting phase: we already have a strong foundation SDRs in place, new starters joining, and more hires planned as we continue to grow. <\/p>\n<p>This role is pivotal in shaping how we generate pipeline, break into new markets, and drive top-of-funnel excellence at ElevenLabs. You\u2019ll bring creative and proactive outbound strategies, strategy to a high-velocity team, while working closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to fuel our ambitious growth targets. We are particularly interested in finding builders who can leverage the power of AI and automation to redefine the SDR role as it exists today.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re a player-coach who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building and developing talent, and gets energy from seeing your team win \u2013 we\u2019d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>In this role you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Lead a team of SDRs with plans for continued headcount growth<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Foster go-to-market experimentation as we expand across customer segments and global markets<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Inspire a team culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Use data and tooling to continuously optimize strategy and supersede impact metrics <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Establish and refine scalable processes for outbound prospecting, qualification, and AE handoff<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Build onboarding, enablement, and coaching frameworks that set your team up for long-term success<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and performance metrics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>4+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 1\u20132 years in a management or team lead capacity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Proven excellence and deal closing experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Relevant and recent experience in outbound prospecting, especially to technical and enterprise personas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Deep AI fluency and builder experience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience managing high-performing SDR or BDR teams in fast-growing tech environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Skilled in sales metrics, CRM\/reporting tools, and modern outreach techniques<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent coaching and communication skills \u2014 you\u2019re energized by developing others<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Comfortable with ambiguity and pace \u2014 you thrive in high-growth, rapidly changing environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bonus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Experience in early-stage or Series A\u2013C startup environments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Exposure to voice tech, AI, developer tools, or creative platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Worked with globally distributed teams <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere in the United States. The ability to operate in ET, CT, MT, or PT timezones is required.
